You can apply for positions globally through the Careers Site thanks to Hashbyte Tech’s centralised worldwide recruitment mechanism. The Careers Site is run from American soil. As a result, any personal information you provide on the Careers Site will be collected there and governed by American law. However, if we do disclose your personal information with a foreign affiliate acting as a potential employer, that affiliate will treat your information in accordance with this Notice. The hiring affiliate will follow the laws of the nation where the position will be located when making any hiring or employment-related decisions.
The Careers Site is not meant to be used or distributed to anybody or any organisation in any nation or territory where doing so would be against local laws or regulations.
